Church House

Situated just outside Nantwich, Church House is a 200-year-old farmhouse with a modern extension. All our bedrooms are well presented, comforting with residents encouraged to personalise their bedrooms to create a 'home from home' feeling.

Our dedicated team is committed to meeting the individual needs of every resident and we encourage all residents to remain as physically and mentally active as possible, supporting them to maintain their independence, interests, and quality of life.

Our community is made up of residents with a wide range of abilities and care requirements, and we tailor our support to meet each person's unique needs. For those who value their independence, the home benefits from excellent access to local amenities and transport links, making it easy to stay connected with the wider community. Within the home, residents can also enjoy a varied programme of activities designed to promote wellbeing, social interaction, and enjoyment.

For residents requiring more specialist care, Church House provides care within a warm and welcoming environment. We also provide respite care and compassionate palliative care services, ensuring support is available at every stage of life.
