It’s the Great Lindsay Bake-off for Cancer Research!

A big thank you poster arrived at Lindsay House recently from the MacMillan Trust, and it was to thank us for our donation to Cancer Research.

We held a coffee morning in October especially to raise money towards Macmillan’s cancer research work.  Staff and relatives had a bake-off, and we all took part in the “guess the size of the cake” competition.  And, of course, the best bit was when we actually ate the cakes, and had a nice cuppa and a natter!

We managed to raise £125.29 for cancer research.

Well done and a huge thanks to everyone who took part.
