Residential Care

Dementia Care

Many of our care homes provide specialist residential and nursing care for people living with dementia.

Palliative Care

This is a stressful and emotional time for families, and it’s important to get the right care and support. Our caring, compassionate and highly professional teams will give residents and their families all the time and support they need.

Respite Care

Some of our homes offer specialist help for people with complex needs, such as mental health concerns, physical disabilities or learning disabilities.

Day Care

This is for those who are less in need of care. It might be for tasks such as eating or washing, or simply for extra company – somewhere to enjoy activities and spend time with friends in a safe and supportive environment.

Intermediate Care

Also known as rehabilitation care, intermediate care can be an alternative to a prolonged or unnecessary hospital stay.

Welcome to Hilltop Lodge Care Home.

Hilltop Lodge is a purpose built care home, just 10 minutes from the centre of Chapeltown, with convenient bus and train access. We have 61 bedrooms all with individual en-suite bathrooms that are both comfortable and inviting with modern colour schemes. Having recently been re-furbished to a high specification Hilltop Lodge opened in November 2019.

We strive to make life at Hilltop Lodge as stimulating and fulfilling as possible and are committed to ensuring independence, dignity and choice in every aspect of daily life. We celebrate life and make sure the people we support do too. Hilltop Lodge provides Residential Care, Nursing Care, Dementia Care, Respite and Palliative Care.

We plan group and one-to-one activities based on feedback from residents and also knowledge of their personal interests.

Hilltop Lodge has a hairdressing salon, cinema room, café area and a dedicated activities garden room. We encourage strong links with the local community and social links with local groups.
