Visitation Update for our Care Homes - 30 December 2020

Following further changes in government guidance on 30^th December 2020, we are unable to support indoor visits for homes which are now in Tier 4. Homes in Tier 3, I am pleased to confirm that indoor visits will continue.

We will continue to support window visits and please continue to keep in touch with your loved ones via video calling and telephone.

We will of course continue to support visits for our residents who are end of life, with a robust risk assessment.

We know that this is extremely disappointing for our residents and families but we have to ensure we maintain the safety and wellbeing of our residents and staff.

We will keep this under review and as soon as we are able to support indoor visits again, we will inform you immediately.
