Tablet Technology

Technology stimulates us at all ages and recent research strongly suggests that this is no different for the elderly, in fact this research also suggests that technological stimulation could help to reduce the chances of Alzheimer's and dementia developing. 

It's fair to say that the residents at Edgeley House in Shropshire were over the moon to receive their interactive tablet this afternoon, which has kindly been donated to the home.

They couldn't wait to see what the tablet had to offer in terms of sensory apps and games.

We think this is going to prove a very popular addition to Edgeley House, we might have to start a queueing system!
