Silca's an Akari Star!

Our wonderful Home Manager Silca, has been awarded an Akari Star by her staff team: 

"Silca regularly comes in on her days off to supervise in clinical proceedings, she offers advice to staff members outside of the work environment and offers a shoulder to cry on when things aren't quite going to plan in their home lives. Silca is an outstanding leader and leads by example, she can often be found working 'on the floor' with personal care, moving & handling and even kitchen duties when required. 

Silca often helps out in other homes and will always offer training to staff who feel that they need more encouragement. Her person centred care is second to none!"
