What better way to spend National Garden Exercise Day than with a Sports Day, which is exactly how Silver Lodge in Sheffield chose to spend their day yesterday.
The staff and residents have all taken part in an egg and spoon race, blowing bubbles, apple bobbing, a sack race and a very special staff only 3-legged race which our residents particularly loved!
The afternoon was finished off with an awards ceremony, where certificates were handed for individual effort and performances.
