'Are we Ready?' campaign at Park House

Staff at Park House have been supporting the “Are we ready?” campaign that the Dying Matters coalition promotes each year. We opened up discussions surrounding death and dying whilst also covering topics like making a will and funeral plans amongst others. One of the residents was particularly interested in discussing organ donation leaflet whilst staff readily added to the “three things to do before I die’’ board – winning the lottery was not on it!

The discussions held on the day were very well received by staff, residents and their families.
