Westerleigh Care Home is located in County Durham and situated in Stanley, close to the local market.  An ex colliery village, Stanley has a very friendly, warm and close-knit community feel to it. 

Our dedicated team is committed to meeting the individual needs of every resident. For those who value their independence, the home benefits from excellent access to local amenities and transport links, making it easy to stay connected with the wider community. Within the home, residents can also enjoy a varied programme of activities designed to promote wellbeing, social interaction, and enjoyment.

We encourage all residents to remain as physically and mentally active as possible, supporting them to maintain their independence, interests, and quality of life. Our community is made up of residents with a wide range of abilities and care requirements, and we tailor our support to meet each person's unique needs. 

We also provide respite care and compassionate palliative care services, ensuring support is available at every stage of life.
