T&Cs 1) This offer will be available until 31 March 2021 to residents funding their own care, subject to availability and demand.2) Three weeks of respite must be taken by 30 June 2021. 3) Three weeks respite for the price of two is not available to existing Akari Care residents. 4) Akari Care must be able to meet the needs of participating residents which will be determined by assessment. 5) Participating residents must accept our standard terms and conditions set out in our Fixed Term Residency Contract For Respite and sign this Contract prior to admission. 6) Three weeks respite can be taken in a single 3 week block, 2 + 1 week blocks, or 3 single week blocks. 7) Respite admissions are subject to continuing Akari Care and Government Covid-19 guidance. 8) Akari Care’s registered office is 4th Floor, 84 Albion Street, Leeds, LS1 6AG.
