Joe gets the afternoon off!

Joe is a wonderful chef and our residents at St Marks Court, have especially loved all of his wonderful themed food that he has made for us recently but this afternoon they wanted to keep things simple and traditional, so they gave Joe the afternoon off and set about making a corned beef pie for their tea.

The end result looks delicious, I hope they've made plenty of gravy and some chips.... oooooo and an Eton mess for pudding!
