The rain in Newton Aycliffe did not stop the residents at our Aycliffe care home from taking part in their latest session of chair exercises that have been taking part in our garden over recent weeks, we brought the session inside today and started off nice and gently and then finished with an upbeat ending.
Arnold even won an award for "most improved" over the sessions that he has been taking part in.
Well done Arnold!
