Yesterday was a very special day at Wellburn House in Stockton, we helped our lovely residents Tom and Eleanor celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary!
A spread was put on and a card from the Queen was received.
Tom and Eleanor were joined by their friends, family and our wonderful staff who helped them celebrate their love that has truly lasted a lifetime.
When asked what he thought the secret to his marriage was Tom told us "it's about love for each other, respect, commitment and honesty and never going to sleep on bad terms"
