Residents and staff at Moorfield House have had a BBQ this afternoon, the residents have enjoyed a paddling pool, games of 'hook a duck', giant Connect4 and one resident even asked for a selfie lesson!
It has been a wonderful day and everyone has thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
The day was made that bit more special when some of our residents who would normally choose to have some alone time joined us outside in the sunshine, one particular resident who struggles to communicate verbally, let us know that she too wanted to join us in the garden and was smiling throughout the BBQ and raising her glass to fellow residents, her smile was worth a thousand words!
